Description
Herman Cross — Very unusual, but Herman Cross was our first cross-eyed steer. If you note his skull sockets are more to the front than other steers. He was just born a little off. We bought him nursing his mother in a Longhorn sale and there he was, cross-eyed. When the steers were driven to the corrals he would see two trees, try to go between them and bang his head right into the tree. He got so tired of the head banging he refused to be driven. Got tough.
